All services are provided in accordance with Australian environmental standards, including compliance with the National Environment Protection (Used Packaging Materials) Measure and applicable state regulations for electronic waste management.
2. Scheduling and Access
Collection dates and times will be mutually agreed upon between E-Waste Renewal and the Client.
The Client must provide safe and reasonable access to the location(s) where E-Waste is stored.
Any delays caused by restricted access, locked premises, or failure to have items ready may result in rescheduling and additional charges.
3. Responsibilities of the Client
The Client is responsible for:
Ensuring all electronic items submitted for collection are legally owned.
Removing sensitive or personal data from all devices prior to collection. E-Waste Renewal will take reasonable steps to secure data but cannot be held responsible for data remaining on devices.
Providing accurate descriptions of the volume, type, and condition of items to be collected.
Packaging items appropriately if required for safe transport.
4. Environmental Compliance
All collected E-Waste will be processed, recycled, or refurbished in compliance with Australian environmental regulations.
Hazardous electronic waste (e.g., batteries, CRT monitors, fluorescent lamps) will be handled according to state-specific hazardous waste legislation.
E-Waste Renewal is committed to minimizing landfill contributions and maximizing device reuse and recycling.
5. Payment and Fees
Fees for collections and services will be agreed upon in advance and invoiced accordingly.
Payment must be made according to the agreed terms prior to or upon completion of service, unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Additional charges may apply for delays, access issues, or items outside the agreed scope.
6. Liability
E-Waste Renewal will take reasonable care during collection and transport.
We are not liable for loss or damage to property or data resulting from items not properly prepared or secured.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects in collected devices.

Clients are encouraged to ensure insurance coverage for valuable equipment prior to collection.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
