At E-Waste Renewal, we only accept products that meet our minimum specifications to ensure quality, safety, and responsible refurbishment. Please review the criteria below before submitting your items.

1. Cases & Barebones Systems

• Standard ATX, Micro-ATX, Mini-ITX, or compatible barebones systems.

• Must be free from major structural damage.

• Older systems (pre-2010) may not be accepted unless upgraded with supported components.

2. Chargers & Cables

• Original or certified third-party chargers compatible with devices up to 10 years old.

• USB-C, USB-A, Lightning, and proprietary laptop chargers accepted.

• Cables must be functional and free from exposed wires.

3. Desktops & All-In-Ones

• Intel Processors: i5 4th Gen or newer, i7 2nd/3rd Gen or newer.

• AMD Processors: Ryzen 5 1000 series or newer.

• Must be fully functional or capable of repair.

• Systems below these specifications are not accepted.

4. Fans & CPU Cooling

• Compatible with modern and slightly older Intel/AMD sockets (LGA1150, LGA1151, LGA1200, LGA1700, AM4, AM5).

• Functional fans or heatsinks; damage or corrosion may disqualify.

5. Graphics Cards

• NVIDIA: GTX 1000 Series or newer. Older cards considered on case-by-case basis.

• AMD: RX 400 Series or newer.

• Must be fully operational; no heavily damaged PCBs or connectors.

6. Laptops

• Intel Processors: i5 4th Gen or newer, i7 2nd/3rd Gen or newer.

• AMD Processors: Ryzen 5 1000 series or newer.

• Must include a battery with at least 80% health.

• Devices older than 6 years are generally not accepted.

7. Memory (RAM)

• Minimum 8GB DDR3 or higher.

• DDR4 and DDR5 fully accepted.

• Must be functional; visibly damaged modules not accepted.

8. Monitors & Screens

• LCD, LED, or OLED monitors with working display.

• Minimum 1080p resolution preferred; older CRTs may be accepted case by case.

• No cracked screens or dead pixels that affect usability.

9. Motherboards

• Intel: 6th Gen or newer, or LGA1150/1155 boards supporting i5 4th Gen or i7 2nd/3rd Gen.

• AMD: AM4 or newer compatible motherboards.

• Must be fully functional and free of severe damage.

10. Phones & Tablets

• Devices less than 6 years old.

• Battery health must be 80% or higher.

• No cracked screens or water-damaged devices unless repairable.

11. Power Supplies

• ATX or compatible power supplies with working functionality.

• Minimum 80+ efficiency recommended; damaged units not accepted.

12. Processors

• Intel: i5 4th Gen or newer, i7 2nd/3rd Gen or newer.

• AMD: Ryzen 5 1000 series or newer.

• Must be functional; physical damage disqualifies.

13. Replacement Parts

• Functional and compatible parts such as keyboards, touchpads, RAM, storage drives, fans, heatsinks.

• Must be in good working condition.

14. Servers & Data Centres

• Servers with supported Intel Xeon (E3/E5/E7) or AMD EPYC/Threadripper.

• Rackmount or tower servers less than 10 years old preferred.

• Hard drives and SSDs should be securely wiped before submission.

15. Storage Drives

• HDDs and SSDs in working condition.

• Minimum capacity: 120GB for SSDs, 250GB for HDDs.

• Drives with bad sectors or physical damage may be rejected.

16. Miscellaneous

• Items like docking stations, PCIe cards, adapters, and peripherals.

• Must be functional and compatible with modern devices.

• Devices older than 6 years may be accepted case by case.
